1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.
2. These matters were last heard substantially on 1st December, 2021, when the matter was made part-heard. After the said date, the matters have not been heard substantially and either the matters could not reach or counsels for the parties have sought adjournments. Accordingly, considering that currently this Court is holding the IP Division and the Company Court rosters, it is not possible to retain these matters as part-heard.
