Section 31(4) in The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Act, 1998
(4)In case of any emergency requiring immediate action to be taken, the Chairperson or the Board of any other officer or person authorised by the Chairperson in that behalf, shall take such action as considered fit and necessary, and at the next meeting of the Board, the action taken shall be reported by such person.
