19. Exclusive privilege of manufacture and supply.
(1)The Administrator may grant to any person, on such conditions and for such period as he may think fit, the exclusive privilege of manufacturing or of supplying or of both to the licensed vendors any country liquor or intoxicating drug within any specified local area.(2)No grantee of any executive privilege under this section shall exercise the same until he has received a licence in that behalf from the Excise Commissioner.
