Section 43(2) in Andhra Pradesh Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Rules
(2)Where a Polling Officer stops a poll under sub-rule (1) he shall observe the procedure laid down in Rules 28 and 29 and forthwith make a full report of the circumstances to the Election Officer, who shall forward the same expeditiously with his remarks thereon, if any, to the Election Authority.
