Section 170 in The Delhi Co-operative Societies Rules, 2007
170. Repeal and savings.
- On the day in which these rules comes into force, the Delhi Cooperative Societies Rules, 1973 shall stand repealed :Provided that any action taken, order issued, bye-laws made under the provisions of the Delhi co-operative societies rules, 1973 shall, in so far as it is not in-consistent with the provisions of these-rules, be deemed to have been taken, issued or made under the provisions of these rules.
