1. Perused the above OLR. Five immovable properties were earlier put up for sale. However, no bids have been received qua any of the properties. In view thereof, the OL has filed the above OLR seeking permission of this Court to once again advertise the sale after obtaining fresh valuation. No funds of the Company (in liquidation) are available with the OL. In view thereof, the OL is directed to advertise the sale without setting out the reserve price in Free Press Journal (in English / Pune Edition), Nav Shakti (in Marathi / Pune Edition) and Punya Nagari (in Marathi / Pune Edition) and also on the websites namely 'magicbricks' and 'OLX India' and made returnable on 5th December, 2018.

3. The above OLR is accordingly disposed off.
