Section 31(1) in Andhra Pradesh Apartments (Promotion of Construction and Ownership) Act, 1987
(1)All apartment owners, their tenants and employees or any other person that may in any manner use the property or any part thereof [* * *] [Omitted by Andhra Pradesh Apartments (Promotion of Construction and Ownership) (Amendment) Act, 1993, section 11.] shall be subject to this Act, and to the Declaration and bye-laws of the association of the apartment owners.
