Section 22 in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
22. Closing of hearing.
- (i) The parties shall present closing statements.(ii)On hearing, satisfied that the presentation of the parties is complete, the arbitrator shall declare the hearing closed.
