Section 17 in The Orissa Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2004
17. Overriding effect of the Act.
- Save as otherwise provided in this Act the provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other State Law or Rules or Orders or Instructions for the time being in force or any custom or usage or any instruments having effect by virtue of any such law.
