17. The Registrar.
(1)The Registrar shall be appointed in such manner as may be prescribed.(2)The Registrar shall have the power to enter into agreements, sign documents and authenticate records on behalf of the University and shall exercise such other powers and perform such other function as may be prescribed.(3)The Registrar shall be the ex-officio Secretary of the Executive Council and the Academic Council.
