Section 122(2) in Andhra Pradesh Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders, 1980
(2)When a person is entitled to inspect a proceeding or document, the search thereof shall be made by the Officer of the Court; and such person shall be allowed to peruse and make a short memorandum as laid down in sub-rule (1) above.
