Section 27(5) in Tamil Nadu Palm Products Development Board Act, 1993
(5)On the Board being dissolved under sub-section (1), -(i)all funds and other properties vested in the Board shall vest in the Government; and(ii)all rights, obligations and liabilities (including any liabilities under any contract) legally subsisting and enforceable by or against the Board shall become the rights, obligations and liabilities of the Government.
