(3)Loft. - A loft, if provided, on a kitchen shall not exceed 25 per cent of the area of kitchen and shall leave minimum height of 2.2 metres under the loft. On bathroom, water-closet and corridor, the loft may cover as much area as would allow a person to keep article there with reasonable space for body movement.
