Section 16(16)(a) in Haryana Distribution and Retail Supply Licence

(a)a Distribution planning and connection code containing :
(i)connection conditions specifying the technical, design and operational criteria to be complied with by any person connected or seeking connection with the Licensee's Distribution System; and
(ii)planning codes specifying the plan required for laying the distribution lines and the services lines in the Area of Supply, the technical and design criteria and procedures to be applied by the Licensee in the planning and development of the Licensee's Distribution System; and
