Section 33 in Rules for the Administration of Justice and Police in Nagaland
33.
There shall be no imprisonment for debt, excepting in cases where the Deputy Commissioner is satisfied that fraudulent disposal of concealment of the property has taken place; in such case the debtor may be detained for a period not exceeding six months.
