Section 33(1) in Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
(1)The significant mineral laying under forest shall be explored by the department or any government entity or through outsourcing to develop the mineral resource as per the guidelines of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.
