4. Display of Stock Position and Price List.
- Every dealer, who makes or offers to make a sale of any place of business, -(i)the quantities of opening stock of different Bio-fertilizers held by him on each day;Explanation. - The actual stocks at any point of time during the day may be different from that of the displayed opening stock to the extent of sale and receipt of such Bio-fertilizers up to the time of inspection during the day;(ii)a list of prices or rates of such Bio-fertilizers fixed under section 3 or the Maximum Retail Price printed on the container by the manufacturer.
