Section 7(iv) in The Orissa Minerals (Prevention of theft, Smuggling & Illegal Mining and Regulation of Possession, Storage, Trading and Transportation) Rules, 2007
(iv)The licensee shall submit the monthly return in Form E and Form F, as the case may be, of the accounts maintained under clause (ii) and (iii) respectively for every month within the first week of the succeeding month to the Competent Authority;
