Section 4(1) in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
(1)The territorial jurisdiction of the University set up under this Act shall extend to the entire State of Himachal Pradesh and the powers in respect of teaching, research and extension programme in the field of agriculture, horticulture and forestry shall be exercisable by each University to the extent indicated against it in column (4) of the Schedule to this Act.
