(7)An order passed under sub-rule (6) may be set aside and the appeal reheard, if the appellant shows good and sufficient cause to the satisfaction of the appellate authority within one month of the date of the said order and the appeal may be heard, after giving notice to the party of the date fixed for such hearing.
