(1)A chemist, druggist, apothecary or keeper of a dispensary, who allows any intoxicant which has not been bona fide medicated for medicinal purposes to be consumed on his business premises by any person, shall on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months and with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
