Section 9(1) in The M.P. Forests (Hunting, Shooting, Fishing, Poisoning Water and Setting Traps or Snares in Reserved or Protected Forests) Rules, 1963
(1)On receipt of an application under Rule 8 the Divisional Forest Officer may after making such enquiry as he may deem fit, grant or refuse a permit or licence for reasons to be recorded.
