Section 24 in Bihar Civil Service (Judicial Branch) (Recruitment) Rules, 1955

A candidate appointed to the post of Munshif otherwise than on a temporary basis shall be appointed on probation in the first instance but will be eligible for confirmation as a Munshif subject to the conditions that-(i)he has completed two years of service from the date of his first appointment.(ii)he has passed such tests as may from time to time be prescribed in the Departmental Examination Rules, and(iii)he is recommended by the "High Court for such confirmation."]
