Section 5(2)(v) in Andhra Pradesh Un-aided Non-Minority Professional institutions (Regulation of Admissions into Under-graduate Professional Courses through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2006

(v)The admission of the candidates made in various Un-aided Non-Minority Professional Institutions shall be subject to scrutiny by the inspecting Authority appointed for the purpose.
