Section 1 in The Bihar Fish Jalkar Management Act, 2006
1. Short title, Extent and Commencement.
- (i) This Act may be called the Bihar Fish Jalkar Management Act, 2006.(ii)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.(iii)It shall come into force with immediate effect.
