Section 15B(b) in The Rajasthan Imposition of Ceiling on Agricultural Holding Act, 1973
(b)all things done, actions taken, decisions given, directions issued and orders passed by such Additional Collectors with respect to such matter before such commencement shall be deemed to be and be always deemed to have been validly done, taken, given, issued or, as the case may be, passed by them; and
