1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. CRL.M.(BAIL) 1829/2024 in CRL.A. 1027/2024 CRL.M.(BAIL) 1871/2024 in CRL.A. 1050/2024 CRL.M.(BAIL) 2086/2024 in CRL.A. 1153/2024
2. The present applications have been filed by the Appellants under Section 430 read with Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking suspension of sentence during the pendency of the present appeals.
3. Vide impugned judgement dated 24th August, 2024 and order on sentence dated 23rd September, 2024, passed by the ld. ASJ(FTC)-02, Tis Hazari Courts in Sessions Case No. 28612/2016, the Appellants have been convicted and sentenced for offences punishable under Sections 364A/120B/506 of IPC. The Appellants have respectively served the following period of sentence as on 6th January, 2025:

4. The present appeals are of 2024 and currently the Court is hearing the appeals of 2002. It is unlikely that the present appeals will be taken up on an early date for hearing.
5. Considering the above, coupled with the overall conduct as also the period of incarceration undergone by the Appellants, this Court directs suspension of the sentence of all the Appellants subject to the Appellants furnishing a bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court/Link Court, as also on the following conditions:
i) The Appellants shall not leave the country without prior permission of this Court;
ii) The Appellants shall intimate this Court by way of an affidavit and to the Investigating Officer regarding any change in residential addresses;
iii) The Appellants shall appear before this Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing;
iv) The Appellants shall provide their mobile number to the Investigating Officer and intimate about any change thereto;
6. The present applications are allowed in the above terms and disposed of accordingly.
7. Copy of the order be communicated to the concerned Trial Court for necessary information and compliance.
8. Order be uploaded on the website of this Court forthwith.
