Section 7(a) in The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(a)to provide for instructions in such branches of learning as the Cluster University may, from time to time, determine, and to make provisions for research and for advancement and dissemination of knowledge and for extension of education;
