Section 4(1) in Bihar Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1980
(1)Where an application in Form I has been received, the registering officer shall, on being satisfied about the correctness of the statements made therein, register the establishment and issue to the principal employer a certificate of registration in Form II.
