Section 17(3) in Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009
(3)Subject to the superintendence, direction and control of the Chief Electoral Officer, the District Election Officer shall coordinate and supervise all work in connection with the conduct of elections in the Municipalities of the district within his jurisdiction.
