Section 16 in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
16. Width of corridor, etc.-
No staircase, landing lobby, corridor or passage, not being an internal passage between rows of seats intended for use as an exit shall be less than five feet wide and there shall be no recesses or projections in the walls of such passages, gangways or corridors within 5 feet of the ground :Provided that nothing in this rule shall apply to premises duly licensed in any part of the State for use for cinematograph exhibition before the coming into force of these rules.
