Section 12(3) in Prevention of Blackmarketing & Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Rajasthan Conditions of Detention) Order, 1980
(3)No letters, newspapers or other communications, shall be transmitted to or from a detenue except through the Superintendent or such other officer as the Government may by general or special order designate in this behalf.
