2. Amendment of section 3 of Guj. 7 of 1969.- In the Gujarat Electricity Supply Undertakings (Acquisition) (Amendment) Act, 1969 (Guj. 7 of 1969) thereinafter referred to as "the principal Act"), in section 3, sub-section (2) and the Explanation shall be deleted.
