Section 30(1) in The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Exits and Withdrawals under the National Pension System) Regulations, 2015
(1)The inquiry proceedings and action in case of default shall be in accordance with the regulations governing the specific intermediaries like the National Pension System Trust, the central record keeping agency or any other intermediary.
