State of Haryana - Subsection

Section 16(1) in Faridabad Complex (Regulation and Development) Act, 1971

(1)All liabilities of the Municipal Committees and Gram Panchayat specified in [of the municipalities and Sabha areas respectively specified in Schedule 1 of this Act] [Substituted by Haryana Act No. 10 of 1975 and shall be deemed to have always been substituted w.e.f. 15.1.1972.] shall be the liabilities of the Administration.
