We are not inclined to entertain this petition under Article 32 of the Constitution of India. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

As prayed, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the High Court for appropriate orders.

However, we make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the High Court shall deal and decide the case on its own merits and in accordance with law.
