Section 21(1) in Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar Act, 2015
(1)No permanent member of the teaching, other academic and non-teaching staff of the University shall be terminated, dismissed or removed or reduced in rank except after an inquiry in which he has been informed of the charges against him and given a reasonable opportunity of being heard in respect of charges.
