(3)The State Marketing Officer shall, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the requisition under sub-section (2), convene a special meeting of the Marketing Board:Provided that, when the State Marketing Officer convenes such special meeting of the Board, he shall give advance written notice thereof to the Chairman or to the Vice-Chairman, as the case may be.
