RESPONDENT O R D E R Learned counsel for the respondent makes a statement that the respondent has decided to withdraw the impugned proceedings in Matrimonial Petition No. 576 of 2013 titled Monish Dass v. Rubina Rathore filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending in the file of Family Court at Udaipur, Rajasthan. Learned counsel for the respondent also makes a statement that on the next date of hearing impugned petition itself will be withdrawn. Therefore, we do not find any scope to entertain this Transfer Petition as nothing survives in the said Petition and the same is accordingly, disposed of.
