Section 163E(2) in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
(2)(i)The application for grant of license shall be accompanied with a receipt showing fees as specified in sub-rule (4) of Rule 163G.(ii)The application for renewal of license shall be accompanied with a receipt showing fees as specified in Rule 163G.
