12. Procedure for hearing and adjournment.
- On the date fixed for hearing or any other date to which the hearing may be adjourned, advocate of appellant or applicant shall ordinarily be heard first in support of the appeal or application, as the case may be, and then the respondent or non-applicant or his advocate shall, if necessary, be heard next and in such cases the appellant or the applicant shall be entitled to reply to the respondent/non-applicant.
