Section 10(5) in The Legal Practitioners' Fees Rules, 1973
(5)In summary suits under section 6 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 (Central Act 47 of 1963), the fee shall be one-half of the fee prescribed under rule 3(2), subject to a maximum of Rs. 500.00 in a Munsif's Court and Rs. 1,000.00 in other Courts.
