Section 22(1) in The M.P. Gram Sabha (Procedure of Meeting of the Committees, Conduct of Business and Allied Matters) Rules, 2005
(1)Minutes of each meeting of Standing Committee shall be drawn up in Hindi written in devnagari script and recorded in a book to be kept for the purpose and shall be signed by the Presiding Authority of the meeting and the Secretary of the Standing Committee.
