9. Power to appoint committees.
- For the purpose of advising the Board in the discharge of its functions and in particular for carrying into effect any of the matters specified in sub-section (2) of section 16, the Board may constitute one or more committees, consisting of at least one member of the Board and equal number of representatives of employees and employers.
