Section 34(2)(v) in Bihar High Schools (Constitution, Powers and Functions of Managing Committee) Rules, 1964

(v)be competent to spend not more than Rs. 30 a month on unforeseen contingencies over and above the sanctioned scale of expenditure regarding which he shall obtain the approval of the Committee at its next meeting;'
