(2)In case of cancellation of admission due to failure of candidate to get himself reported at the Help Center within the specified time limit as prescribed in sub-rule (6) of rule 16, or for such other reason as the Admission Committee may consider reasonable, and subject to the condition of such vacated seat being filled up by the Admission Committee, the fees collected from such candidate shall be refunded after completion of the admission process, and after deduction of such amount as the Admission Committee may determine.
