Section 122(d) in The Maharashtra Industrial Relations Act, 1946
(d)any proceeding pending before the Industrial Court, conciliation proceedings, or any proceedings relating to the trial of offences punishable under the provisions of the Act so repealed shall be continued and completed as if the said Act had not been repealed and continues in operation; and any penalty imposed in such proceedings shall be recorded under the Act so repealed;
