Section 23(1) in Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Elections) Rules, 1995
(1)Copies of the Rolls, including the updated Rolls may be sold to the public at the prices determined by the State Election Commission, from time to time, and the proceeds thereof shall be remitted to State Funds.
