(A)the payment of travelling allowance and daily allowance to the Chairman or members of the Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti authorised by a resolution of the Samiti to conduct suits and proceedings, where the Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti has not got sufficient income to meet the same.
