Section 40 in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964
40. Decision by majority.
- If there is a difference of opinion amongst the members of the Board or of a District Committee regarding any question, the decision of the majority of the members present and voting shall prevail and in case of equality of votes, the Chairman of the Board or the District Committee, as the case may be, shall have a casting vote.
